For those who want to spend one holiday in Skiathos with friends or relatives, in total relaxation and with all the comforts of home.
The villa enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and the center of Skiathos .
The elevated position means that even in the hottest periods, there is always a little fresh sea breeze. You will feel immersed in nature, because you will be surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees, woods and olive trees.
As soon as you open the door of one of your rooms, you will find a jacuzzi and two swimming pools to take a dip at any time of the day. Think of a good swim as soon as you get out of bed for a healthy muscle awakening.
The pools are illuminated , so you can also enjoy a swim in the evening … or at night, why not?
There is an outdoor shower and a solarium area with umbrellas and loungers.
This is the only villa where there are two internal rooms, which have no windows and, therefore, a panoramic view. However, being dug into the rock, they are cool even in midsummer.
We recommend them for those who prefer not to use the air conditioner.
And for the little ones?
There is an ad-hoc swimming pool shared with the other villas, 60 centimeters high, swings, a slide and a trampoline to make two jumps overlooking the sea. There is no shortage of lawns where you can have improvised picnics or simply where to spread out a nice towel and play cards, with dolls or other.
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms (except one) have a bidet.
There is a large internal kitchen with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofas where you can read, chat or watch TV.
There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue , where you can enjoy dinners based on roasted fish or grilled meat.
Why choose it
This villa was chosen by two sisters who were looking for a place to go on vacation with their respective husbands and children (3 children for the older sister and one for the younger sister), plus the maternal grandparents. The grandfather had some difficulty climbing the stairs, so this villa with all the rooms on the same level was the ideal solution.
This villa, like the others, is about 10 minutes from the first beach; so the car is essential. But we recommend the car especially because Skiathos has more than 60 beaches, therefore, the ideal is to take the car to visit a different beach every day.
The road to get up to the Resort is at times a bit narrow and uphill, and there are some pieces of dirt road. But in all things, there is always yin and yang: to reach a place like this where you can enjoy privacy, cool, exclusive panorama and tranquility, one must be willing to make a small sacrifice.
