It is among the busiest villas as a structure. Ideal for families and groups of families who go on vacation together.
It can accommodate up to 9 persons (max 8 adults). You will have maximum privacy and the rooms are about 20 square meters each.
The higher you go, the wider the panorama becomes. The sea and mountain view is always guaranteed. You will feel enveloped by the sides of the green hills of Skiathos, which dive into the blue of the sea.
The elevated position means that even in the hottest periods, there is always a little fresh sea breeze. You will feel immersed in nature, because you will be surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees, woods and olive trees.
In this villa there are three swimming pools of different sizes and a jacuzzi where you can relax after a nice day at the beach.
On the first floor there is a large kitchen with dining room and sitting area. Outside the kitchen, you will find an iron and stone mosaic table. In the evening you can dine there by the pool or, if you prefer, in the outdoor kitchen which is just a stone’s throw away and is complete with everything, barbecue included.
In short, there are three dining rooms: one indoor, one by the pool and one in the outdoor kitchen.
The pools are illuminated, so you can also enjoy a swim in the evening … or at night, why not?
There is an outdoor shower and a solarium area with umbrellas and loungers.
And for the little ones? There is an ad-hoc swimming pool shared with the other villas, 60 centimeters deep, swings, a slide and a trampoline to make two jumps overlooking the sea. There is no shortage of lawns where you can have improvised picnics or simply where to spread out a nice towel and play cards, with dolls or other.
Also in this villa, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom except one on the second floor, which however has its own external bathroom.
Why choose it
This villa was chosen by a group of friends consisting of 7 young couples.
They preferred it for its absolute privacy and for its 3 swimming pools and a jacuzzi.
A couple of days, they preferred to stay all day in the villa, to enjoy the tranquility and many aperitifs by the pool.
They spent a week of complete relaxation and fun. The villa has many spaces to eat and several beds for sunbathing and resting.
This villa, like the others, is about 10 minutes from the first beach; so the car is essential. But we recommend the car especially because Skiathos has more than 60 beaches, therefore, the ideal is to take the car to visit a different beach every day.
The road to get up to the Resort is at times a bit narrow and uphill, and there are some pieces of dirt road. But in all things, there is always yin and yang: to reach a place like this where you can enjoy privacy, cool, exclusive panorama and tranquility, one must be willing to make a small sacrifice.
